Project Hörnsten is a global standardization program that's implementing leading-edge SAP technologies and processes across Lundin Mining. The client reached out for communications strategy and to establish a look and feel to support the initiative. I worked with IBM Change Leaders as well as Lundin's Communications team over several months to develop a unified brand for Hörnsten as well as deliverables to be sent out to the Lundin team.
